Pinnickinnick was a coal mine and coal camp that is now a neighborhood on the edge
of Clarksburg, WV. Originally opened by the Pinnickinnick Coal Co. before 1900, it was later owned by Clarksburg Fuel Company before becoming
Consolidation Coal Co. Mine No. 25. Mother Jones was arrested here in 1902 while trying to
organize the coal miners' union.
